Relic Collectibles Oklahoma City

Frequently asked questions

Questions people ask.

Everything you want to know before you come in: where we are, what we buy, how consignment and grading work, and what a card show near us looks like. Short answers, no fine print hiding anywhere. We are new to Oklahoma City, and we would rather answer a question straight than leave you guessing.

Visiting the shop

One thing people ask before anything else: how to actually find us and when the door is open.

Where is Relic Collectibles and what are your hours?

We are at 341 NE 139th St, Suite 22, Edmond, OK 73013, just north of Oklahoma City. Hours are Monday through Friday from noon to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm. Call us at (405) 546-2480.

Buying, selling and trading

Whether you are shopping the case, clearing out a binder, or looking to trade up for the one card you actually want, here is how it works.

Do you buy cards?

Yes. Bring your cards in and we go through them with you at the counter. You leave with cash or trade credit, the same day. No appointment needed. We buy everything we sell: Pokemon, Magic, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh, Lorcana, Naruto, Riftbound, and Gundam, plus basketball, baseball, and football cards, graded or raw. Bring a shoebox or a binder. You do not need to sort it first.

Do you buy Japanese and Chinese cards?

Yes. We buy and sell Japanese and Chinese cards as well as English ones.

Do I need an appointment to sell you cards?

No. Walk in while we are open and we will look at your cards with you.

Do I get cash or store credit when I sell?

Your choice. You can take cash, or put it toward anything in the case.

Do you do trades?

Yes. Trade credit works on every card we have. Trade a stack you are done with for the one card you actually want.

Do you ship?

Yes. Every card on this site is in our case with a real stock count. Buy it here and pick it up at the counter, or choose shipping and we pack it and send it out.

Consignment, grading and shows

For the big card, the slab you want graded, or the weekend you want to spend at a card show near the shop.

How does consignment work? What is the split?

We sell high value cards for their owners. We agree the split with you before the card goes in the case, so you know your number up front, in writing. Splits are agreed per card, so ask us and we will walk you through it. If you have one card worth more than the rest of your box put together, selling it outright may not be your best move. We can sell it for you instead and split what it brings.

Do you grade cards or send them off?

Yes. Drop your cards off with us and we submit them for grading through Beckett with a local partner. You do not deal with the grading company. We log every card and call you when they are back. Turnaround is set by the grading company, not by us, and we will tell you what they are quoting the day you drop off. Prices are not posted online yet: ask at the counter and we will go through the current options with you.

What happens at a card show?

We have a table at the Hobbyist Colony Card Show, most weekends at 341 NE 139th St, Suite 21 in Edmond, next door to our shop. It is run by Fire Ant Trading, an official Beckett partner. Admission is free both days: Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm. Bring cash, your want list, and anything you want to sell or trade. Some weekends are trading card games only, and others add sports cards or the collectibles edition, where we set up alongside dealers selling model kits, action figures, and toys.

Want the full walkthrough on any of these? How selling works, how consignment works, how grading works, or see the shows.

Still have a question?
