Grading in Oklahoma City
Get your cards graded.
Bring them in and we take it from there. PSA on our own account at $23 a card, pre-graded and cleaned, hand delivered rather than shipped, every card logged, and a text when they are back.
How grading works here
You do not deal with the grading company. We do.
Bring your cards in
In person, at the counter. We look at them with you and write down what you are sending. No mail-in.
We pre-grade, clean, and send
PSA or Beckett, whichever suits the card. We look it over, clean it, and it goes out on our next run.
We call you when they are back
We log every card, so nothing gets lost in a pile. When your cards land, you hear from us.
PSA drop-off: $23 a card
That $23 is our part. PSA charges its own grading fee on top, and you pay for both at once when your cards go out.
A pre-grade, so you are not guessing
We look at every card under light, front and back, and tell you what it is likely to come back as. If we screen a card and tell you it is not worth sending, that card is $3 instead of $23. You find that out here, not months from now.
A clean, so the card shows its best
Surface dust and a fingerprint can cost you a point, and a point can be worth real money. Every card gets cleaned before it goes in the submission.
The PSA fee is separate
PSA charges its own grading fee on top of our $23, and it moves with the service level and the value of the card, so there is no single number to print. You pay us, we pay PSA. We go through the current options with you at the counter and you pick.
We hand deliver, about once a month
Your cards are not thrown in the mail. We deliver our submissions by hand, and that trip happens roughly once a month, once the shop has a full run of 100 cards ready to go. Until then your cards are photographed, logged and locked up here.
How long it takes
PSA is quoting about two to six months depending on the service level you choose. That clock is theirs and it starts when the cards reach them, so add our monthly run to the front of it.
In person, and no minimum for you
Drop-off happens at the shop, not by mail. Bring one card or bring twenty; the 100-card run is our number to hit, not yours.

Who grades them?
PSA or Beckett. PSA submissions go out on our own PSA account, so you do not have to set one up or pack anything yourself.
What does it cost?
For PSA, our part is $23 a card, for the pre-grade review and the cleaning. PSA charges its own grading fee on top and you pay us for both at once. Beckett is a different number, so ask at the counter.
Can I mail my cards in?
No. Grading drop-off is in person at the shop, so we can go through every card with you before anything is written down.
How long does it take?

How do we keep track?
We photograph every card and write it up when it comes in. You sign for the submission on our phone and we text you a private link that shows where your cards are, all the way to the grade.
