The Card Show Next Door: What to Know Before You Go
A card show runs next door this Saturday and Sunday in Edmond. Here are the times, the cost, and what is on the floor.
A card show runs next door this weekend. It is at 341 NE 139th St, Suite 21, in Edmond. That is one door from our case in Suite 22.
It opens Saturday at 10am and closes at 6pm. On Sunday it runs 10am to 5pm. Walking in is free both days.
Who runs the show
Fire Ant Trading runs it. The room is The Hobbyist Colony Card Shop in Suite 21.
We do not run this show. We are a different shop, one door down. We do set up a table on the floor, so you can find us at the show and in our own case.
What is on the floor this weekend
This weekend is the sports and TCG edition. That means both kinds of sellers are there.
Sports sellers bring baseball, basketball and football. TCG sellers bring Pokemon, Magic, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh and more.
Not every show is mixed like this. The next date, September 5, is TCG only. So if you collect sports cards, this is your weekend.
Our case is open too
Our shop is open while the show runs. Step out of Suite 21 and we are right there.
Sunday is the useful part. The show closes at 5pm. We stay open until 6pm. That is one more hour to look.
Every card in our case also shows on this site with a real count. So you can see what is here before you drive out.
What to bring
- Cash. It moves faster at a show than anything else.
- Sleeves and toploaders. Buy a card, protect it before it goes in your bag.
- Cards you want to sell. Bring them to our counter and we go through them with you.
- A short list. Shows are loud and busy. A list keeps you from walking past the thing you came for.
If you want to sell a table
Tables at the show are 65 dollars and there is a waiting list. You can find the details on our events page.
